General Returns
Unopened and unused products returned for credit to your credit card will be subject to a 15% restocking fee. Merchandise must be returned complete with all the original manufacturer's packaging, manual(s), blank warranty cards, miscellaneous parts and accessories. Incomplete returns will be subject to additional charges at our discretion.
Unopened and unused products returned for in-store credit (issued in the form of a gift certificate) will not be subject to the 15% restocking fee. However, merchandise must still be returned complete with all the original manufacturer's packaging, manual(s), blank warranty cards, miscellaneous parts and accessories. Incomplete returns will be subject to additional charges at our discretion.
Do not use the item's packaging as the shipping box; any item returned with damaged packaging or markings on the item's box will be subject to additional restocking fees at our discretion.
Open or used products returned to World Empyre Sports will be subject to a restocking fee to be determined upon receipt us. This restocking fee will vary depending on the condition of the returned merchandise. Merchandise that has been used and/or shows signs of wear and tear will be subject to a 15-80% restocking fee. Use is defined as any attempts to install, fire, wear, wash, or ride.
Some paintball markers may not be returned to World Empyre Sports. If the marker has been used, all repairs will be handled exclusively by the manufacturer. This includes Smart Parts, BT, Invert, Proto/Dye. Part of the cost of these products includes warranty service from these experienced and qualified companies. If you send us your gun and we determine that we cannot accept it, we will contact you and either return it to you or forward it to the manufacturer for repair.
There is no warranty on paintballs. World Empyre Sports inspects the outside condition of each and every lot of paint purchased to ensure the best quality product prior to shipping. Upon shipping the product, it is understood that many factors play a role in the quality of the product upon receipt. These factors include quality of handling and the climate that the paintballs are exposed to in transit. Cold weather exposure is especially damaging to paint. World Empyre may choose to delay the release of product in order to minimize your risk of exposure to product damaged by the weather conditions that are beyond our control. Additionally, be advised to plan for cold weather seasons and avoid having product in transit for more than one day when cold weather (temperatures below 40 degrees) is a factor.
If you do receive paintballs, and there are a few broken balls in the bag, you can still salvage most of the bag by taking the paintballs and laying them on a paper towel. Then place another paper towel over them and gently rub back and forth to absorb the paint. This should clean off the paintballs enough to where they should shoot fine. Do not use water to clean paintballs.
Shipping cost will not be refunded, it is the the responsibility of the purchaser to pay for all shipping costs.

Warranty Returns
Gun manufacturers' warranties vary by manufacturer. All guns carried by WorldEmpyre.com, Inc., include a minimum 90 day factory warranty. Some, offer a warranty of 1 full year. Any warranty service required should be directed to the manufacturer. Note that, like tires on an automobile, o-rings, springs, and cup seals are generally not covered by any manufacturer and are considered consumable parts. Installation of aftermarket parts and unauthorized "airsmith" modifications may void your factory warranty. No refunds or credits will be issued for guns that have been used or modified in any way.
In the event you receive a broken or damaged item or the item proves to be defective out of the box, please give us a call after you receive the package at 208-357-3190. We can instruct you whether to contact the manufacturer for further assistance or provide you with an RA (return authorization) number, depending on the circumstance.
Any warranty on custom moded or custom built guns from World Empyre Sports should be directed to World Empyre Sports.
