Shipping & Returns

Free Domestic Shipping:

Free domestic shipping is only available for orders of $200 of new gear (non-clearance/closeout, non-used). Offer only valid for the continental United States.  Extra shipping charges will apply for destinations outside the continental United States, i.e. Alaska and Hawaii.  If cart contents qualify for Free shipping, a shipping method for the Free shipping will be offered. * Free shipping does not apply to P.O. Boxes.

Free International Shipping and Non-Continental U.S.

At this time the only International country we ship to is Canada.
Free Internation shipping is only available for orders of $1000 of new gear (non-clearance/closeout, non-used).  Customer is responsible for all taxes and customs duties.  In cart contents qualify for the Free shipping offer, cart will automaticaly adjust shipping costs. * Free shipping does not apply to any U.S.  P.O. Boxes.
*Do no use Google Checkout for this offer, as Google Checkout does not cooperate with the Free shipping International offer.

Return Policy

 Shipping cost will not be refunded, it is the the responsibility of the purchaser to pay for all shipping costs.
Return Items will not be accepted without a RA#, please email sales@worldempyre.com for an RA#

All Unopened / Unused returns will be charged a 10% restocking fee unless an exhange is requested, which the restocking fee may be waived. Merchandise must be returned complete with all the original manufacturer's packaging, manual(s), blank warranty cards, miscellaneous parts and accessories. Incomplete returns will be subject to additional charges at our discretion.

Do not use the item's packaging as the shipping box; any item returned with damaged packaging or markings on the item's box will be subject to additional restocking fees at our discretion.

Open or used products returned to World Empyre will be subject to a restocking fee to be determined upon receipt us. This restocking fee will vary depending on the condition of the returned merchandise. Merchandise that has been used and/or shows signs of wear and tear will be subject to a 15-80% restocking fee. Use is defined as any attempts to install, wear, wash, or ride.

All sales are final on used equipment, sale items and closeout items.  If you place an order on our website and you decide you want to cancel the order pleaes do so within 12 hours of the time the order was placed.  After that time period we can not refund your full purchase price for the items purchased because our warehouse staff have worked to process your order.  If you still wish to cancel your order after that time period you must send an email to sales@worldempyre.com.  If your order has not shipped you will be refunded the total amount paid minus 10% administrative fee.

Warranty Returns

All kites carried by World Empyre Sports carry a minimun 30-day manufacturer warranty.  All warranty issues should be directed to the manufacturer for that specific product.

In the event you receive a broken or damaged item or the item proves to be defective out of the box, please email us after you recieve the package at sales@worldempyre.com.  We can instruct you whether to contact the manufacturer for further assistance or provide you with an RA (return authorization) number, depending on the circumstance.
